Oil on Head

Oil like that on the head is not normal, I'd start by making sure the spark plug gasket is ok and then tighten it up and checking to make sure the head bolts are tight. clean off the oil and run. that should take care of it.

you could try a different shampoo...

seriously, my first bike had oil leaking around the spark plug. i wrapped some teflon tape inbetween the crush washer and the plug itself, and it stopped.

it seems the two front bolts were a little loose.
