The so called list of approved mopeds don't include motorized bicycles from what I can tell, Most of the models and makes are obsolete or not new. The whole point of motorized bicycles is for affordability and reliable transportation compared to the actual cost of mopeds. It's a crappy list nonetheless, I wanted to build my own bike but Ohio will not let me on the road unless it's approved from that said list, Is there any way to circumvent this stupid rule?
