Octane?

Lots of opinions on this one, Mike.
Personally I've tried high and low. The higher priced stuff only made the gas station guy and the oil company happy. It didn't do a thing for me.

i felt that the predator enjoys the fancy stuff and my little HS and 33 tanaka liked either one it wasnt some huge difrence . this is very opinonated one best advice use a good gas station and see what you like.

What octane does everyone use? Does it really matter?
It depends, if you have a 66 cc 2 stroke without a high compression head
regular is better, but if you have a 66 cc like this you need race gas at ~$10 gallon!

Concerning octane,
BP usually puts higher grade fuel in their premium / 93 oct fuel pumps.
Using these fuels, your vehicle may actually run better (no ethanol crap in there).

So not because of 93 oct, but because of the higher grade fuels, I'd recommend you BP premium fuel, try it out, check to see if you notice a performance increase, which you should see. MPG wise it's not that much difference. Perhaps less than 10MPG difference.
