North Florida Bike Ride

On Labor Day weekend we will be having the North Florida Bike Ride. It will start and end in Saint Augustine. We will be traveling on state route A1A, hugging the coastline down to Daytona Beach. Spend the night after sight seeing Daytona Beach. Then head back to Saint Augustine using the same route.

BTW, Labor Day Weekend: September 3 to 5th.

Anyone and everyone is invited. What about you guys in Georgia?

If anyone has a pickup truck that could follow along it might come in handy. Just in case a bike frame breaks or some other type of major breakdown happens.

Motel for over night stay. This might be a problem if the motel people know we have gas powered bikes. Myself, the bike will be going inside the room for the night. But they may insist that because of the gasoline it has to be outside the room.
Some people may want to double up in one room to save money. That is something to consider also.

I'm going to try to get the local newspaper people to come to our staging area for pictures and a story. So be sure to be on your best behavior.
