I need help my engine never has any fuel in the chamber the carborater does not pump fuel into the engine there are no air leaks I believe the fuel line has a sufficient flow the spark plug works the clutch works ive purchased 1 different carborater with a longer red colored air filter i talked to the supplier if he could provide another kit he did so arrived today assembled everything in the correct way and the same problem has arised when I take the top engine cap off its dry i tried starting it with a drill on the magneto for about 15 seconds while holding the throttle down took off the spark plug and there was a misty eveaporating gas coming out? But still no fuel in the chamber what can i do?
