I have built many several things with engines, including airplanes.

Having said that, I will say try just one China kit, and see how you like it before you jump into it with both feet. Some love them, some love to hate them.

As far as where to buy, look around the forum, there is a vendor review. Take this advice with a grain of salt and enjoy...
