I don't know if you guys are aware of this site, but when I saw this photo, I thought about my motored bicycle compatriots.

What a beautiful early motorbike huh? I wonder if anybody can identify it...

I am into vintage machine tools from that era, so this pic checked off all the boxes for me. It seems there was very little difference distinguishing a machinist from a mechanic during this time in history. Back then autos and cycles resembled machine tools more closely than cars do today.

Interesting, thanks for the pic and link.
I see two early motored bikes in there.. The one in the foreground is different, it appears that the pedal chain is on the left side, not the right that we're accustomed to these days.. the one in the mid-ground looks like it's belt driven.
