new to motorised biking and need some help please

Hello
I have my bike a week 48cc chinese kit, and its still early in the break in period really enjoying so far having no problems apart from losing power after about 15minutes on a journey at high anough revs im nearly sure its a over heating problem could anyone tell me how to cure this please????

Welcome.

First,

Take out the plug (cold) and look at it. it should be brown or black, not light grey or white. That would be too lean. (overheating)

Next, are you sure the tank is venting properly? Check by loosening the cap and riding it.

Thank you for the quick reply,

Will check if that is the problem tomorrow evening I have adjusted the height of the throttle pin and it has not been happening as often would my engine be running to high on idle could that be the problem??
