Thanks man....it was my summer project and loads of fun to do with the kids...the guys at work called me the old man on a purple bike....then I let them ride it...theyy all thought it was cool and now want one...

The rear sprocket was a challenge as I had to put the bike together first then designed the rear sprocket setup and finally had a friend laser cut it for me.....its a beast......
The rear sprocket is attached to spoked via 8/32 studs, 3/8L hard rubber washers, bent retainer washer and finished with chrome nuts. Here's a pic....this is the heart of the build...
