I have had my motorized bicycle for about a month now. I have taken several rides on weekends and week nights some lasting up to 2 hrs.
I have crashed twice, but I was going slowly both times. No serious injuries, only road rash on my left elbow and knee. Some of the rides I have taken were on old logging roads way out in the countryside where I live.
I retired from the Navy 12 years ago, so I am not a kid anymore, but my new "toy" is a lot of fun and keeps me busy.
I get a lot of strange looks from people on the street as I go by and some even wave to me, including motorcycle drivers that pass me going the opposite way. Others have approached me outside the local coffee shop and asked to check out my motorized mountain bike.
