I went and registered a old school moped the other day and noticed a new checkbox at the top of the application. Old forum new checkbox.

Looks like have to register a motor bicycle, and have license to ride and stuff. Seems a little restrictive, but at lest they let you ride, up to 25 mph. As long as you jump through all the hoops.

What is this affidavit they are talking about?

It is obvoius now that motorized bicycles have come up on the dmv radar.
