New Jersey judge rules texter not liable for driver's car crash

Seems perfectly rational to me.

If I send a text, you don't have to read it or respond to it while driving.

However, the guy who hit the couple should donate his legs to them...
 
As a double amputee myself, I don't know that I would want some low IQ moron's legs, some of the stupid might rub off on me........LOL.
 
I find the case against the caller a frivolous suite and a lack of legal merit. But against the driver involved in the accident worthy.
