Hi from California. Been working on my GT2A for three years now on and off. It's a 4 cycle 50cc bike with a full turn signal system and brake light. After I put the lawn mower carb on it, it has been highly dependable. I have about 2000 miles on it.

The picture of the bike is before I put the 2 stroke exhaust pipe on it. It really gets it on with that pipe. The turn signal system has 4 way flashers, running lights, horn. Independent brake lights when the turn signal is on.

Be prepared because someone is going to ask you about the expansion chamber on a 4 stroke. Just tell them it seems to work for you

I think they make FMF megabomb expansion chambers for 4 cycle engines. Ktm has them on its 450 sx-f dirt bike. It gives more low end performance, and runs quieter. The little exhaust flange I made to angle out the pipe turns it into a 4 cycle expansion chamber.

I bought it on ebay. It's a GXH 50 carb. No modifications, but had to move some parts over for the throttle hookup. Had to make a little bracket and drill and tap 2 screws to hold the throttle cable.

Many years ago, we use to park our cars at Lexington then ride our bikes down old Santa Cruz highway to the beach. That's a pretty fun ride.

I was thinking about that too, but was more inclined to try bicycle camping at Henry Cowell Redwoods State Park. The problem is that my motorized bike isn't allowed on the bike path to Lexington and I don't want to ride on the highway 17 shoulder, and then try to cut over to Lexington Dam. I think it would be a zero percent chance of success.

Old Santa Cruz Highway isn't 17. It's a side road on the east side of 17. There's always Bear Creek road from Saratoga.
