new chamber help

help i just spent several hours modding and installing a suziki rm 60 x chamber on my gas bike gt 80 now it doesnt want to idle with out choke on never need it before except to start i tryed adjusting idle screw tryed some on air mixture screw needle at leanest setting now going back to middle setting aftr rain stops bike revs real nice but doesnt want to idle

You may have an air leak at the exhaust gasket, or you just might need to rejet the carb. If it's the NT carb, there is no air mixture screw. The only things that you can adjust are idle speed and the needle, which only adjusts partial throttle mixture.

You probably need to rejet after installing the pipe anyway.
