Hey all-

First off thanks for any help you can throw my way. What I'm looking for is some insight as to which kit offers the best quality of parts, what may be missing, etc. I'm going to build a cruiser type bike, possibly a retro cafe look...not really decided on the look yet.

I've read through threads here and various places on the 'net and have narrowed my choice of kits to these:

This is my first choice. I've read that Zeda engines are good for the money and the accessories look a bit better quality than in the other kits:

Another Zeda. I like the list of engine upgrades on this one.

I included this PK80 kit more for the questions I have about it. I've read positive stuff about PK80's BUT there are about 6-10 brands with PK80 motors, including this one. What gives? Is it a type of engine, like a V8 or inline 4? How can I tell a good one from a knock off? Or should I go with one of the Zeda kits?

Anyway, any insights all ya'll have will be greatly appreciated. Of course if you think there is a better option, let me know- I'm here to learn.

Thanks again!
