New 49cc Super Titan XCS50S kit $400

Brand new in the box. I realized once I got it that the 8mm chain doesn't work with my hub adapter sprocket and Duane at Thats Dax does not accept returns. Selling for same price I paid for it.

Is this still available?
And is it the in-frame kit?
