Need some help with my 1st build!

I have a homelite all purpose saw engine thats supposedly 63cc I took the handles off and the plastic throttle control it has v-belt clutch with a 1.5 inch working diameter. So my questions are how would i mount the engine in the middle of the frame or above the engine i think both might work but I'll have to check also where can i get a huge v-belt pulley for the rear wheel could I make 1?

Sorry I can't help I have no experience with that engine or that kind of set up. I am going to keep an eye on this thread to see what others have to say.
