hello i am new to the site n would like to know if anyone can help me i have a 24v 500 watt motor from a scooter i was given i have the board, battery and throttle but i have no idea how to mount it to my mountain bike. i want to make it electric assist what i need is blue prints or a how-to guide on how to build it ive checked youtube n not very good results if anyone could help me i would be very thankful...

Hello swaz welcome to the forum
Unfortunately there really is no blue prints.
Are you interested in a friction drive or chain drive? That will effect how and where you mount your electric motor. Without some type of "kit" almost all of it will have to be fabricated to work.
You may want to read through the diy forum and see how others tackle this problem.
