need help or advise on how to fix thing problem

quick question how would you fix a motorized bike if once it starts it goes 0- the max speed & i also just bought an new throttle assambly and the exhaust is hitting on my bike pedel what will be the simpalist way to fix it i tried reredoing the wireing but did not work and advise would be helpful thanks

Hi isaac_619. I have limited knowledge. Sometimes the throttle can operate by turning the handlebars if the cable is not routed correctly, or I would check close the parts in the carburetor slide (where the throttle cable fits into the carb) that they are in the correct order. The exhaust: you can slot the holes on the exhaust flange, this will enable you to slightly turn the installed exhaust out of the way of the pedals.
