need a rear wheel

if anyone can help me i need a basic 26" rear wheel with the mount for disk breaks on it and one that will handle a 7 speed hub. i am in the us virgin islands so it can be sent regular postal mail. let me know if you can help me out. nothing fancy just a cheep wheel with the mount thanks in advance and i have paypal.

Let me check in my shed,I think I may have one with a 7 hub on it,Im sure I cant help you with disc brakes though...sorry.
is it that hard to find a wheel where you are???,Im certain it cant be cheap to ship

its hard to find a 1/4 inch bolt here lol. actually shipping not bad via us postal. i dont need the break just the mount for it on it
