My next tool I put out is a 5 lb sledge hammer

[2-stroke plagued]

I only have,1/3 of the throttle. I have adjusted the needle up and down in and out no change. Clutch has new pads and is cleaned properly still no change.have new plug played with air screw no change. Anything more than 1/3 twist and it falls on its face.please help????

Welcome to the forum, going by your user name is it a 48 or 66cc? Sometimes the engine has to get up to operating temperature before it will take throttle, I would set the needle at the top notch and gap the spark plug at 26-28 and warm the engine fully and see how it runs.
