Copied it off the net! Its supposed to have a broad power band with a good supercharging effect! Too bad the bearing in the coaster brake took a dump i wanted to test drive it and maybe rejet.

I know its tough making a exhaust and then not being able to test it for a few days till i get a bearing for the wheel of all things.
 
Finishing one thing and not being able to test due to another is worse then waiting for parts.

Or as Freudians say, if it's not one thing, it's a mother....
 
Definitely, i have to redo the bottom end of my other bike tomorrow and also finish mounting the exhaust too. Im Down to human power now. Lol.

Thanks dax, i hope it works as good as it looks. I may build a silencer for it if its too loud if i do ill post some more pictures. I also may start to make em and sell em if it works and sounds good. It was all hand rolled and brazed together. If i decide to manufacture them i am going to buy some tools to make them easier and faster.
 
well i got the bike driving and it runs great has a ton more power then the stock exhaust. but its so loud, sounds like a 125 with bad silencer. i made a silencer and it helped but still loud. anybody know a place to get a good cheap silencer? i need 1/2" id.
 
I not sure your chamber is big enough but it looks wicked cool!
Good job, it's not easy getting cones to lineup accurately like that. I bet you could sell them easy.

Quick question, how hot does it get? I mean that pipe is very close to your leg isn't it?
