So this is my second motor that I bought not it did not come with the cylinder head or the carburetor, those are upgraded pieces I just put on. I got a serious question. I've heard ppl say if you got a motor with the 6 dots on the fins that it is a good motor/cylinder well this one has 9 dots on the fins? What is the deal with the dots??

Dot's are from the casting mold.
Okay I understand that but ppl tell me that is what you want when you get a motor, this is supposed to be a true pk80 motor I opened it up and it is ported. And the intake and exhaust is clean clean I don't need to sand it down but do I need to buff em out. They are clean as whistle and smooth! I really need a bike to put her on!

So Cal
Probably the same as the 6 dot Just a new batch right off the production line

Slap her on a bike and let us know how she performs

Also does it matter that this is a center fire instead of an angle fire? Did it make any difference really?

The only problem i can see with Centered S/P it might hit the frame top rails.
That's when you might want an angled S/P
Either way the S/P is close to the center of the piston
But I like the Centered S/P look, Good looking Head

If your S/P hits the frame top rail you can always get a stubby S/P
