She's a work in progress but I wanted to put her out there for you all to see. So far I've had her up to 43 but, as I said, she's a work in progress. I fully intend to increase that in time. It's a GX 160 clone 5.5 HP with a governor delete, Mikuni VM22 carb, CDH gas frame, CD power front forks, mag wheels with 26x2.125 road tires, and, or course, electric start. I'll be adding wired lights soon. This thing has been the funnest build I've done yet and she's a blast to ride. The top end is still a work in progress, but the low end torque is unreal, and that's with a 36t sprocket! Let me know what you think :).

The VM22 is a 26mm carb which may be too much carb for that little engine. You may be able to go to say a 19mm carb and run taller gears. What’s your overall gear ratio? And how did you setup estart? Is there a special flywheel you can buy that drops right in?

PE 19 with the flange would be my choice... A one over stock 670 twin would use a 28mm is how big that is

Is the CDH power fork any good? A lot of people say it is trash and will break, but I am not so sure.
