my chain or clutch is locked ... cant move forward or backward, wha can be problem?

my bike is new, runs good, but the chain or clutch locked on me.... back wheel won't turn, is it the clutch or what? i'm new to this....

Will the rear wheel turn if you remove the engine chain?
