Hi, Yesterday I installl a high performance chain idler now the back tire is not moving? Does anyone know how too fix this?

Welcome to the forum.
A question like that can't be answered without some photos of what you're working with and a little more information. "High performance Chain Idler" doesn't tell us much.

Please post some pictures of your bike and especially the tensioner you've installed. A little history will help too. Did it ever ride correctly? Is your chain alignment and tension right?

did you set the tensioner while chain was at its loosest point so that now it gets too tight to move?

always find the tightest point before setting the tensioner

Your chain is too loose if it bunches up on the drive sprocket. 1/2 to 3/4" of slack is where you need to be. No more, no less and make sure the sprockets are aligned and the tensioner is too. If the tensioner is pulling the chain off to one side it can/will cause chain derailment.
