Mounting extra set of bars to Handelbars

Just like the title says, I'm wondering if I'm could easily use maybe some clip ons. I really like making my " dash setup" my own. I have a habit of putting alot of lights on the front, problem is I have ran out of room( also my Mountian bike bars are real thick)and I have to tinker get get things to fit properly. So if anyone might know a easy way of mounting a smaller tubed handle bar to mine I would appriciate the input.

Just do as I did and buy a second hand Renthal motorcycle handlebar and make some shims for the stem. Then you can cut them down to whatever length you like. $20 and they look and work great!

I bought it at a bicycle shop. You'll have to do a google search to find it. I don't remember who made it, but it's for mounting extra stuff like cameras, and GPS on your handlebars. The T bar adjusts left and right.
