Motorized tricycle

Ok I am new to building bikes but I am a certified deisal technician and am looking for a design plan for a 200cc gas powered tricycle to get me around town. I will also need a cheep website to buy the engine and conversion kit and gas tank basket.

Best bang for your buck is a Harbour Freight 212cc Predator motor. Cost is $119 and they often have 20% off coupons. Staton Inc sells trike kits.
