motor mount brackets

a certain dealer is offering a "new" motor mounting bracket that dosnt require drilling the frame,does any one have any clue on this...is it simply a muffler clamp?aparrently it is a 10.00 part,but shipping brings it up a bit,Id be pissed to spend 20+ bucks and find its a muffler clamp. I am doing a new build and will purchase a bike and a new motor kit in a week or so,cash is tight now and my bussiness will go to the dealer who is forthcoming with information and most helpfull (not sarcastic).
I was allready to go with these people and I still may but todays email is going to make me shop a little more.

Universal Front Engine Mount $12.95 looks like a custom bracket with a clamp seems good i'm going to get on when i get some more money to spend.

wow nice. those are for bikes with a wide mount the on i posted was for something less than an 1" apart.
