motor makes a screeching noise when clutch releas

motor was runing rich plug was socked with oil and oil was runing out on motor moved bin down one spot oil dryed up plug dry lost power moved up one spot where i started plug dry got power back moved bin allway up to top plug still dry each time i moved bin run motor about 4 miles what did i do worng befor i fer get its a stock china girl with about 75 miles on it brnot
 
Stop using 16:1 and drain out the fuel and replace with 32:1 or 40:1 ratio mix.
Then set your needle second groove from the top. (One step below full lean)
 
i did stop 16;1 went to 24;1 plug was wet for the fist 2 tanks now it dry hade it on set 2from top went to top stayed dry
 
Is it fully broken in? Most new engines won;t start running good until at least three or four tanks have run through.
 
i have put 6 tanks through it ttttoday was not good it started to run good plug was getting wet and running better then it made a mettle to metel sound no one wont to hear it done pisten broke and ture everything up no fix thanks for the help
 
iam back got new motor got ahole kit so i have parts down the road starting out with 24;1 gas oil mix hope this one stays togetherbrnot
