most ignored gearbox for four stroke

All you have to do to re-post a pic is click "Edit"
in the file location on your PC, and just change the size slightly. I do it all the time
Right click on pic and copy Image URL
Then paste using the Insert Image button on the menu.

No resizing needed.
I do it all the time.

im also in testing at the moment for making a tensioner for these boxes in conjunction with dax....depending on my results their may be a tensioner setup avail for this in the future...the puck idea works ok....but ive got a much better setup in r&d

I'd love to see some pics. When I had the Firebelly transmission it also lacked a tensioner and was something I thought it should have. Chains wear too quicky not to have some way to tension them.

DR, is this is the mod you were telling me about on the phone ?
looks like a reasonable fix :)
how long does the rubber last before needing to be replaced ?

Hey azbill Yea that's the mod, Just past 50 on the odometer and with all the grease packed in there it seems to be doing fine, chain imprints on the rubber but no signs of locking up bending or wear on roller, headed out now to get another 20 miles in, What would you say is a satisfactory break in period?
on an hs
