More Clutch Trouble

Alright so I have a bike that I have been having trouble with the clutch from day 1. I have the flower nut tightened all the way I have switched out the pin and still it slips really bad. I have noticed that my other bike the flower nut can be tightened so much more but I can not seem to figure out why the other bike will not tighten any further. If anyone has ran into this please let me know how to fix it.

The pads look just as good as the other bike which works perfect. The only problem that I can see is the nut is not able to tighten the flower as much and when I try and Tighten the nut around the bolt where the flower nut goes It dosnt even bugde.
