monark fork & 24x3 tire

hi there, have you had any experiences with mounting a 24x3" tire and wheel (in my case felt thick brick) to a monark fork, it is also fitted with Shimano Nexave front roller brake with cooling disc, so I'd have to make a mount for that but that's a small thing to do, my maine issue is would the wide tire fit to a rather narrow fork?!?

I know, you mean on a fork that's on the "slater"? crappy thing is that we in Europe can't get those parts over the ocean...at least that's the info that I've got from my Felt dealer
