Modified Worksman Newsboy?

Anybody ever removed or cut and modified the lower support bar on the Worksman INB to get more clearance for an (99ccHF) engine? Here is the bike Im talking about I guess I could always cut a slightly longer piece of round bar and contour it to mirror the top bar.

why not ? check out mine its 4 bikes welded into 1 . I'll just be happier when its done .( not that I am not enjoying myself )

it is possible. Check out this morini build that was for sale quite some time ago. The middle bar has been removed fro the worksman frame

I thought that middle bar was structural support hasnt that frames integrity been weakened?

I was thinking the same thing although Im admittedly not the cantilever frame expert.
