Wheel hub design:
O.D. of mounting face is 2mm undersized to I.D. of drive gear. Forces placed on drive system are greater than maternal strength of aluminum hub. Due to R.O. of linear and radial in components with the operating conditions of system the loosening and wear occurs.
Optimally the component design should have been held to +/- 0.1 mm with a 0.01mm interface fit to ensure drive assembly resilience.
Alt. Corrective action:
Micro machine blackface of wheel hub mounting area to allow a fastener to compress hub, sprocket and break rotor. 8.8 grade fasteners and custom bushing spacer added to assembly to create a more robust operating environment.
