Does anyone know how or if i need to register my bike i have a 80cc flying horse engine on a beach cruiser with a Walbro Carb and a Voodoo expansion pipe

Yes you do, it's very easy in Ma. Now there are 2 forms to fill out you can find on the DMV site they are in this thread http://motorbicycling.com/showthread.php?t=49133
