loud rattel at idel

bike runs fine just has a strang rattel at idel sounds like its coming from inside the head and i know i mixed the gas right 4 once of oil to one galon gas(32-1) any ideas? normal, not normal?

Take the clutch cover off (right side), and put a dab of grease in between the big ring gear and the little gear. Not too much, you don't want the clutch pads to get gunky. What you're probably hearing is the lash from the gears. When I finally decided to drop some grease on there, I was amazed at how much better the motor sounded.

Exactly! {Hopefully}, We just completed a new cruiser and it sounded like Metal popcorn goin on inside! Took side clutch cover off and applied a Marble size dab of heavy grease in the upper right corner slot { 1:00 o'clock for Raw 66} and noise went away almost instantly.
