new build motor starts,runs,idles but dies when cluth is relessed what shuold i look for the motor is a 48 cc grubee skyhawk replaced the carb with a performance carb from jnm same problem ps. its not from the lack of pedaling

Start with the "sticky's". Besides what are you building a 2cycle, 4 cycle a 33cc to a 120cc engine.

Maybe your are releasing clutch too fast, pedal a bit(few times) and then release clutch.

Gatis is right. It's not a motorcycle. You'll need to pedal from a dead stop before engaging the clutch.
Also Al makes a good point. When asking a question it would help us a lot if we knew what engine you have.
