Any idea who makes them and where they can be found (preferably online)?

Thanks for the link! Let's see, I'd like to have two on the bike, Euro's to Dollar's, and ..... $415 plus shipping for a pair? Am I reading that right? I didn't pay that much for the bike! Feh, back to eBay it is then. Good thing I'm in no rush for these. It would be cheaper to pay the neighbor kid to hang on to my stuff then bungee him to the side of the bike.
 
These look like European, military surplus leather cases.

If you around the Military Surplus section of The Sportsman's Guide website, I bet you'll find something similar if not identical. Might take some creativity to mount them, though.

Thanks for the links Pavz. Very close but not quite. I'm going to save the link to the main page though and check back for a while. Never know. Great prices but I'd like the leather to come somewhat close in matching the Felt seat and Bell tool bag already on the bike. Seems like there isn't much between the $40 and $200 mark on eBay so I'll just take my time.
