its gonna be tough, most fab guys dont wanna mess with such small projects because its not worth their time. To make a pipe from scratch is no easy task. Your best bet is to modify a existing pipe to fit your bike.
Well honestly you should be able to get a tig welded stainless steel X-pipe for $400 bux...most guys wanna spend about $50 on a pipe...If you were in Cali id help ya out
Just try calling around, hot rod shops, any kind of metal fabrication, somebody will know a "guy" just gotta look around
