I did drill the frame for the front mount. If I was to do it over again I think I'd go with a mounting bracket that I made up after this build and used on a Schwinn Point Beach as shown in photo.

I did have to remove the drive gear on the motor and put a washer (3 or 4 mm?) behind it to line the gear up better with the rear sprocket. You may or may not have this same problem with your motor.

Welcome to the Forum, Bike looks good,
I would suggest a exhaust pipe to frame bracket.
The muffler likes to vibrate and wiggle causing the exhaust mounting bolts to come loose.
Or worse yet the muffler to snap off.
That muffler is like a big crow bar and is easily ripped off if ya don't have another bracket attaching it to the frame

Might as well let my dawg out, it was the green Moon Dog, had it powder coated Hot Rod Black, just recently put the f2 thruster pipe on with the badass sharks silencer, and what a difference in the power it made, it's a must to upgrade the exhaust.
