knock knock lose rod bolts

Don’t know if anyone else has had this happen but a few weeks ago lost power with my HuaSheng 4 stoke and started knocking. After a tear down found they use no locking device on the connecting rod bolts. So broke down all my motors and wired the bolt heads together. That’s the last time that will happen. See picture, sorry for the bad shot didn’t no till the motors were back together but some will know what I did and others should get the idea. Just keep mind that pulling direction of the wire should always be in the bolt tightening direction.

I do all my own designing and then between me and my partner in crime at work we do all the machining in our spare time. The drive is the auto clutch with the belt drive. I had aluminum cover made like the plastic one that comes with the kit that I broke before it was even on the bike. Plus I didn’t like the idea of all those pulleys spinning next to my leg with that plastic cover. Thanks for the inquiry.
