keihin clone issues

So I just tried out my new reed valve setup with a keihin clone carburetor from gasbike.net. I’m running a 4 petal box type reed and a window piston that I fabricated. The bike runs ok but Is a bit boggy on top, probably needs different jetting. But, one problem I an experiencing is fuel constantly coming out the overflow tube. This leads me to believe that the float level needs to be adjusted. But I can’t find the specifications for the float height anywhere! Anyone done this before or know where I can find my info??

With the bowl off I turn the carb upside down and look for the float arm to be level with the flange. Another possibility is your needle's not seating right. All it takes is a bit of dirt ...
