Just a quick questions

I got some inspiration for a new build from the bike below Built by Norm at Venice motor bikes. You have probley seen it in these threads. i just love this bike so much but before i start rambaling. um i wanna use a cruiser style frame with a bent springer fork to make the bike sit more level would i use a 26in wheel in the front and a 24in in th back? this bike looks to be set up like that. Or could i still just use 26in wheels fron and back and the bike still sit pretty level? but yea thats my question any awnsers will be greatly appreciated!
