So on the 100cc single piece jug motors, can you use a two piece jug setup on the same bottom half of the engine? If so, I'll probably end up going for the two piece setup since I hear the one pieces tend to have overheating issues, unless I'm wrong?

They are pretty decent and yes there are two piece jug and head set ups you can get for them.
