Hey fellas,
I John E. Aka tlted_jelli. Just took on my first motorized bike build. Been at it for a month or two know. Taking an old Occ Schwinn stingray and mounting a 4 stroke manual clutch kickstart lifan horizontal on it. I started with and 80cc kit but wasn't satisfied with the final product. I wanted something more like a motorcycle.
So far I've stretched the frame and welded on my motor mount and jackshaft mount (jackshaft from station.inc highly recommend). Turning this old chopper into a bobber / hybrid.
