Is livefastmotors reliable?

I had to return something and had another question for them via ebay and their website and no response. It also seems that their toll free number is designed to not pick up. Any horror stories?
 
I used to order from them all of the time about 5 years ago and never had issues but then again, I never had to return something.
 
So the item was delivered back to them. I got someone on the phone who recognized me. They sounded very... surprised.
 
I'm kinda feeling 'f*** them' because it's getting a little frustrating. I got them on the phone, they said they had my stuff, Then they're like We're keeping $10 for shipping. I told them in an email just now I want $70 because flat rate boxes are only $5.80 and the same item is $10 cheaper on their website, with free shipping. they're being jerks imho.
 
I did too. Wth. They're processing my refund. I just had a terrible experience ordering some hobby parts from China so I ws high alert here, but it's all good.
