Huasheng 142f mixture adjustment screw.

Hey, I have a 49cc Huasheng and I'm looking for clarification on what "brass cover plate I need to drill to access the buried mixture adjustment screw.

Is it the brass plug on the front flange, the carb to engine flange?

Someone should post a photo, and make this up top and sticky.
I don't own a Huasheng 142f, but after reading through numerous threads, Ive seen the topic get brought up numerous times, without a clear answer.
A photo is worth a thousand words!
