Hs 49 tapered shaft clutch

Dave's Discount Motors used to, they may be out of them now but worth checking for the price. A good bet would be Bicycle-engines.com or that's Dax......they both normally carry that clutch.

A Q-Matic doesn't use this type of clutch (tapered shaft). The Q-Matics use a Max Torque straight shaft type clutch, I know as I am also a dealer for EZM ;)

thank you for your reply scotto ill check and see what i can find. Is this still a good 4 stroke motor even tho has tapered shaft.

They're a great little engine, I've got well over 10,000mi. on one of mine :)

Staton-Inc may also carry that clutch. They have all kinds of clutch parts on their site. Your clutch should be 78MM.
 
OK ? Is the shaft on my titan a straight 5/8 shaft or the tapered? I've never had the clutch off of one.
 
Your Titan is a tapered shaft engine. I don't think Dax has offered any straight-shaft 49CC Titans.

The 49CC tapered shaft engine has a 78MM clutch.
