How do you remove this crank arm?

The right side cup needs to turned clockwise to loosen it. You are just making it tighter the direction you are turning it. Left hand threads, clockwise to loosen. You got that right. I had figured it out by looking at the new part, duh
 
I got the bastard out by making a special tool out of a nut that was a little to big to fit into the race. Then I ground down the flats so I could get the nut into the race like this. Then all I had to do was turn it out with a wrench. It was just lucky the race had 6 splines and nuts have 6 points.

Can anyone please tell me what to torque the bolt holding the crank arm on. I don't want to break it off.
